Announcing the official recipe for the September Baking Challenge! All of the details and rules for how to participate in the challenge for a chance to win one of the PRIZES are detailed below.

Today I’m announcing the recipe for the September Baking Challenge!

Last month’s Soft Chocolate Chip Cookie Challenge was one of our most popular challenges to date!

It was particularly interesting to see how a relatively simple recipe can turn out looking so different made by different people in different kitchens!

It really shows you that baking is a science and any and all variables have an impact on the final result. I’ll be sharing more content and articles about that, but if you’re interested in learning more then sign up to receive my my FREE Cookie Customization Guide here!

This month we’re beckoning the fall baking season with none other than…

Gooey Cinnamon Rolls!

This is one of my most beloved new recipes of 2019. It’s hard to say that because I often feel like all my recipes are like my children and each one is special in its own way 😉

But this one is REALLY freakin’ good. It’s different than my other cinnamon roll recipes that I’ve published over the years. You basically *need* a fork and knife for these rolls.

That’s how ridiculously soft, pillowy, and tender they are with an insanely rich and gooey cinnamon filling. I was inspired by the texture of those refrigerated tubes of prepared cinnamon roll dough for the texture, but wanted a pure unadulterated sweet cinnamon taste.

Everyone who has tried this recipe has loved it and I hope you will too!

Step 1: Make a batch of Gooey Cinnamon Rolls.

Step 2: Take a photo of your rolls and share it before September 30th 11:59pm MST.

Here’s how to share your photo:

Click here to access the challenge landing page. This is where you can get all the latest details, enter the challenge, and see other entries.

Click the button that says “SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY” – this will pop up a little widget where you can submit your photo:

  • You can select your entry photo from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, OR upload directly from your computer, tablet, or smart phone.

TWO OPTIONAL BONUS ENTRIES!

1). Leave a star recipe rating comment on the blog post using the same name and email you use to submit your photo.

2). This one is a PARTICIPATION bonus! If you’ve entered a previous baking challenge using the widget, you’ll get one bonus entry. You simply need to be logged in with the same email address for us to register your participation. This is my way of saying thank you to all of those who make these challenges so fun!

Prizes

Every person who submits a photo following those directions will be entered into a random giveaway to win one of TWO $75 Amazon.com digital gift cards.

Anyone who can shop with Amazon around the world is eligible to win. I will purchase the gift card through your country’s Amazon website in the equivalent of $75 USD value according to current market rates.

The two winners will be selected randomly; so don’t worry about taking a perfect picture. Your photos may be put on display to share with my entire audience – that’s hundreds of thousands of people! I will email the winners. Winner must reply within 2 business days or a new winner will be chosen. Official rules are listed in the entry widget.
