About the Recipe

Tip One: For cosmic brownies that look exactly like the Lil Debbie kind, you can order the Rainbow Chip Crunch sprinkles from Amazon here. I originally used Wilton brand, which is no longer in stock on Amazon but is available on their website. If you can’t find them, feel free to use sprinkles or the classic chopped walnuts instead.

Tip Two: For best results, measure your flour and cocoa powder with a digital kitchen scale. This will prevent the risk of dry brownies.

Tip Three: Brownies are best baked in a METAL baking pan, not glass or ceramic which can lead to undercooked and rubbery centers. This is one of my favorite brownie pans.
