The Magic of Baking is Here!!

Today was the LAST day of The Magic of Baking Challenge! It’s been so much fun connecting with you and getting to know you better over these last five days.

I feel so lucky to have such amazingly kind, thoughtful, and caring readers.

Between culinary school, writing cookbooks, and developing recipes for a living, I’ve learned an incredible amount about baking.

I conducted that experiment 4 years ago and it taught me SO much (like maybe don’t use cheap tape to label an image that will be viewed by hundreds of thousands of people… ha!).

It showed me that in order to understand the science of baking I have to see it in action. The only way I can do that is by spending hours in the kitchen experimenting, tweaking, and testing then photographing the results and differences side-by-side.

BUT, if I’m being honest… these experiments are a lot of work, and you still might not be able to figure out why something isn’t working.
