Muffin tins aren’t just for baking up muffins and cupcakes anymore. Bloggers have been getting creative in the kitchen and turning regular recipes into miniature and just plain adorable foods with the help of just a few muffin tins. I’ve tried two miniature cheesecake recipes baked in muffins tins and not only were the recipes easier, quicker, and more transportable than their full-size counterparts, but just as delicious.

Wow, never gave a thought to how many things other than muffins can be made in muffin tins. I use mine to make mini quiche. Great round-up.
