    I made these a few nights ago. Basically followed the recipe, but used skim milk and added an extra teaspoon of coffee powder. The muffins are absolutely delicious and moist! Thanks so much for the recipe and beautiful pictures. My family and friends all loved the muffins.

    I had some overripe bananas on my counter so I went in search of a good muffin recipe to use them. I found this page and tried your recipe out yesterday. They turned out so amazing! You would absolutely never know that this was a modified to be healthier. These muffins taste every bit as rich and decadent as anything I've picked up from a bakery. I used dark chocolate chips in mine and thought it was fantastic. Thanks πŸ™‚
