Make a batch of Brown Butter Coffee Cake.

Tip One: Butter can go from browned to burnt FAST! Be sure not to step away from the pan once the butter stops making those popping and bubbling noises.
Tip Two: This recipe doesn’t have coffee itself, it’s simply meant to be served alongside coffee as a tasty afternoon snack or treat-yourself-breakfast!
Tip Three: Choose the right baking pan! I find light colored metal baking pans produce the best results. Dark colored pans will brown the edges and make them dry. Glass or ceramic pans will work, but you’ll likely need to increase the baking time.
