About the Recipe

HOW TO MAKE NO BAKE STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE BARS

Tip One: This recipe calls for freeze dried strawberries in addition to fresh strawberries for the most vibrant flavor & color. You can find freeze-dried strawberries near the other dried fruits like raisins at grocery stores like Target, Trader Joe’s, Kroger, and Walmart. If you can’t find, simply omit. The strawberry color and flavor will be less intense.

Tip Two: Be sure to freeze your bars for at least 4 hours so they fully set! I like to freeze overnight to be safe. Let soften in the fridge for 30 minutes before slicing. Use a big sharp knife and wipe it off under hot water between cuts for clean slices.

Tip Three: If you’re a chocolate lover, try topping these with ganache! Just melt together 1/2 cup (85 grams) semisweet chocolate chips with 1/4 cup heavy cream and spread on top after freezing the bars.
