    Ooooh I can't wait to try this one!!! Every fall and winter I look forward to the pumpkin cream cheese at Einstein Brother's Bagels, and they always run out!

    I’m the same way! When Trader Joe’s started carrying pumpkin cream cheese, my friends got super excited, but I was like why buy something sooo simple to make? Even if you just mix pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice into cream cheese you’ll still get a similar profile without having to buy an extra condiment to clutter up your fridge!
