    Yay, I've finally found someone else who adores bread as much as I do! I totally agree, I could survive on good bread and chocolate alone. They're my favourite foods too πŸ™‚

    Looks great. The local place that made the best rosemary focaccia closed down a couple of years ago. I still think about how wonderful that bread was. I just saw an episode of America's Test Kitchen where they made it and I will be trying it soon. Maybe I will add this one to the list, too!

    Funny! I just got back from a trip Cuba. I got sick on the plane. My hubby and I were speculating on the cause of my illness, and I said, “Duh! I haven't had any good bread or chocolate for a week!”

    Funny. I am quite a fan of rosemary as well. I've got a potted plant and because it did not grow fast enough, I've bought myself another one last summer (which I spent quite often eating focaccia and I just noticed how much I miss it). Silly. I know.
