Remember when I unveiled the new site design a little while ago and promised there would be more new features to come? They’re here! I have partnered with ZipList to offer you some really cool new interactive features that I think will make your experience on Handle the Heat even better. You can now:
- Save my recipes to your ZipList account, along with recipes from thousands of other food blogs and websites. No more recipes clogging up your bookmarks or recipe binders!
- You can add ingredients from your saved recipes to grocery lists which can be accessed from your phone
- You can create a “meal queue,” much like your Netflix queue, to make meal planning a breeze
If you’re not already a ZipList member, it’s super easy to create an account that you can use on thousands of other sites, including some of my fave food blogs (don’t worry, it’s all free). All the features mentioned above are accessible through your ZipList account and fully integrated on Handle the Heat. Check it out:
Use this icon button to save recipes to your Recipe Box.
Use the navigation at the top of the screen to access your ZipList Recipe Box and also your grocery list and meal planner.
It’s as easy as that! Please note that I am still in the process of reformatting old recipe posts to mesh with the new site design and these new features. I really hope you’ll enjoy these new features. Let me know if you have any questions!
