Vegan Brownie Bites

These brownie bites have no processed sugar, butter, gluten, eggs, or animal products of any kind. And they smell just like brownies. They’re pretty fudgey, too. It’s almost miraculous.

I have a huge sweet tooth. I like to finish off my lunch with something sweet. However, if I eat too much sugar I’ll crash later in the afternoon. These brownie bites are the perfect guilt-free dessert or snack, especially if you follow a specific diet (vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, etc).

Now, just a disclaimer here. If hate nuts you probably won’t like this recipe. However, you can’t taste the dates at all. The dominant flavor here is definitely chocolate.

Recipe Rundown
Taste: Oh so chocolate-y. Nutty too. These bites actually remind me of the Little Debbie brownies I ate as a kid, but not artificial tasting.
Texture: Rich, chewy, fudge like.
Ease: Super easy. The most time-consuming part is rolling these babies into balls.
Appearance: These brownie bites aren’t exactly glamorous but who cares?! They’re amazing nonetheless.
Pros: Completely guilt-free.
Cons: Nut haters or people who are allergic won’t enjoy these brownie bites.
Would I make this again? Yes.

These look and sound great! I've been looking for an easy vegan brownie recipe to use as a bottom layer of a pie. I think this could be the winner! Thanks!
