Weekly Recap #2
Holy crap this stuff is addictive. Definitely a guilty pleasure.
Last night we saw the Hunger Games. The line went through the entire hallway of the theater, out the door, and around the building. It was all full of teenagers. It was crazy.
People trying to find a seat that isn’t 2 feet away from the screen. The folks who made this movie must be making a TON of money. The kid sitting next to me in the movie was clearly an avid fan. He was freaking out the entire time. Strange noises would escape his mouth before dramatic scenes and he could not stop fidgeting. I wonder what it’s like to be J.K. Rowling or Suzanne Collins and know that so many people have explored a world that once only existed in your mind. I’d like to write a book that turns into a word-wide phenomenon.

How was the movie? I'm looking forward to seeing it, but will wait until the crowds die down a bit!
Thanks for the shout-out

Good idea
It was great! Of course not exactly like the book but much better than most film adaptions.
I was one of those people in line for the midnight showing 3 hours early. Totally worth the wait – I thought it was great. What'd you think?

Wow! I thought it was great too
However, I saw it with my boyfriend who hadn't read the books so he was a little bit of a buzzkill haha. He said something at the end about the character named “Peter” and I just rolled my eyes
