Recipe Roundup – Muffin Tin Fun

Muffin tins aren’t just for baking up muffins and cupcakes anymore. Bloggers have been getting creative in the kitchen and turning regular recipes into miniature and just plain adorable foods with the help of just a few muffin tins. I’ve tried two miniature cheesecake recipes baked in muffins tins and not only were the recipes easier, quicker, and more transportable than their full-size counterparts, but just as delicious.

        All of those look so good I don't know which one to go after first! I love your blog, I'm so glad I found it not too long ago! The new recipes aimed towards healthier eating have been great.

        such a great post. I've also only made two types of mini cheesecakes with my muffin tin. but some of these are actually good food for thought :)

        Wow, never gave a thought to how many things other than muffins can be made in muffin tins. I use mine to make mini quiche. Great round-up.
